Job Description
- Education Franchise Development Executive (B2B)Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new franchise opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Meet educational entrepreneurs, coaching institutes, tuition centers, schools, and business owners.
- Generate new business leads and convert them into active franchise partners.
- Conduct business presentations and explain the franchise model and revenue opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with schools, institutes, and education consultants.
- Plan and execute field visits for market expansion and business development.
- Manage the complete franchise sales cycle from lead generation to onboarding.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure successful franchise activation.
- Achieve monthly business and franchise development targets.
- Submit daily reports, meeting updates, and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Represent the company professionally during client meetings and business discussions.
- Preferred Candidate ProfileExperience in B2B Sales / Business Development / Franchise Sales / Education Sales.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Comfortable with extensive field work and travel.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Experience in the Education or EdTech sector will be an added advantage.
