Qualification Requirements:

• GNM / ANM / B.Sc. Nursing (Without proper qualification don't apply)
• Computer knowledge is mandatory

Work Schedule:

• Day Shift
• Fixed Sunday Off

Job Summary:

The Staff Nurse will be responsible for assisting doctors in OPD activities, coordinating patient care, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth communication between patients and the clinical team.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAssist doctors during OPD consultations and procedures.
• Schedule and line up patients for procedures, maintaining accurate timing and records.
• Coordinate effectively with patients and doctors regarding appointments, treatment plans, and follow-ups.
• Liaise with embryologists and the clinical team to ensure seamless patient care.
• Communicate and update patient reports as directed.
• Participate in and conduct patient awareness and outreach camps.
• Maintain and update patient files and records, both manually and electronically.
• Ensure accurate documentation and data management.
• Provide patient support and coordination throughout the treatment process.
• Skills RequiredStrong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and coordination abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency and record management skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a healthcare environment.
