जॉब डिस्क्रिप्शन: ऑपरेशन्स एक्जीक्यूटिव (Operations Executive)भूमिका का विवरण: हमें एक जिम्मेदार और व्यवस्थित ऑपरेशन्स एक्जीक्यूटिव की तलाश है जो हमारी दैनिक लॉजिस्टिक्स और इन्वेंट्री प्रक्रियाओं को कुशलतापूर्वक संभाल सके। आपका मुख्य काम डिस्पैच को ऑप्टिमाइज़ करना, स्टॉक का प्रबंधन करना और पैकिंग प्रक्रिया की देखरेख करना होगा।
- मुख्य जिम्मेदारियांडिस्पैच ऑप्टिमाइजेशन: ऑर्डर को समय पर और सही तरीके से भेजने के लिए डिस्पैच रूट और प्रक्रियाओं को बेहतर बनाना।
- स्टॉक प्रबंधन: स्टॉक की दैनिक गणना (Stock Count) करना और उसका सटीक रिकॉर्ड रखना।
- स्टॉक तैयारी: आने वाले ऑर्डर्स के अनुसार समय पर स्टॉक को तैयार रखना।
- पैकेजिंग: पार्सल की पैकिंग प्रक्रिया की देखरेख करना ताकि सामान सुरक्षित रूप से ग्राहकों तक पहुँचे।
- रिपोर्टिंग: स्टॉक और डिस्पैच से जुड़ी दैनिक रिपोर्ट तैयार करना और प्रबंधन को अपडेट देना।
- कार्य का समय (Duty Timing)सोमवार से शनिवार: सुबह 9:00 बजे से रात 9:00 बजे तक।
- रविवार: सुबह से दोपहर 2:00 बजे तक।
- आवश्यकताएंऑपरेशन्स, वेयरहाउस या लॉजिस्टिक्स में काम करने का बुनियादी अनुभव।
- नंबर्स और इन्वेंट्री रिकॉर्ड रखने में सटीकता (Accuracy)।
- काम को व्यवस्थित रखने और समय पर पूरा करने की क्षमता।
- बेसिक कंप्यूटर या मोबाइल का उपयोग करने का ज्ञान (ताकि स्टॉक एंट्री की जा सके)।
- वेतनमासिक वेतन: ₹13,000 से ₹15,000 (अनुभव और प्रदर्शन के आधार पर)।
