Gold Loan Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Convince customers to take Gold Loans by explaining product features, benefits, interest rates, and repayment options.
• Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, referrals, and walk-ins.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Ensure proper customer communication and resolve queries professionally.
• Assist customers with documentation and KYC requirements.
• Coordinate with the branch team to ensure smooth loan processing and disbursement.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Follow company policies, RBI guidelines, and compliance standards.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 
  
• Good verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to convince and negotiate with customers.
• Basic knowledge of gold loan / NBFC products (preferred).
• Customer-focused and result-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
• Experience in NBFC, Banking, or Gold Loan sales is an added advantage.
