Job Description

1. Picker (पिकर) का Job RolePicker का मुख्य कार्य ग्राहक के ऑर्डर के अनुसार सामान को रैक से सही मात्रा और सही गुणवत्ता में निकालना होता है।

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ:

  • मोबाइल/हैंडहेल्ड डिवाइस में आए ऑर्डर को देखना।
  • रैक से सही प्रोडक्ट चुनना (Pick करना)।
  • बारकोड स्कैन करना।
  • एक्सपायरी डेट और प्रोडक्ट की क्वालिटी जांचना।
  • ऑर्डर को Packing Team तक पहुंचाना।
  • FIFO (First In First Out) का पालन करना।
  • ऑर्डर को निर्धारित समय (SLA) के भीतर पूरा करना।

2. Stacker (स्टैकर) का Job RoleStacker का मुख्य कार्य स्टोर/वेयरहाउस में आए नए सामान को सही रैक पर व्यवस्थित करना और स्टॉक बनाए रखना होता है।

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ:

  • Incoming Stock को Receive करना।
  • सामान को निर्धारित लोकेशन पर रखना (Stacking)।
  • रैक को व्यवस्थित और साफ रखना।
  • FIFO के अनुसार स्टॉक लगाना।
  • खराब या एक्सपायर प्रोडक्ट को अलग करना।
  • Picker को प्रोडक्ट आसानी से मिल सके, इसके लिए रैक को व्यवस्थित रखना।
  • Inventory Count और Stock Replenishment में सहायता करना।
  • आवश्यक कौशल10वीं/12वीं पास (स्टोर के अनुसार)
  • बेसिक मोबाइल/स्कैनर चलाने की जानकारी
  • तेज़ी और सटीकता से काम करने की क्षमता
  • टीमवर्क
  • लंबे समय तक खड़े होकर काम करने की क्षमता

संक्षेप में:

  • Picker = ग्राहक के ऑर्डर के अनुसार सामान चुनता (Pick) है।
  • Stacker = स्टोर में आए सामान को सही स्थान पर रखता (Stack) है और स्टॉक व्यवस्थित रखता है।

कार्य समय (SHIFT TIMINGS)सभी कर्मचारियों को व्यवसाय की आवश्यकता एवं रोस्टर के अनुसार किसी भी शिफ्ट में कार्य करना पड़ सकता है।

🟢 Morning Shift: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM

🟠 Afternoon Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:30 PM

🌙 Night Shift: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM

  • महत्वपूर्ण सूचनासभी कर्मचारियों के लिए निर्धारित शिफ्ट एवं रोस्टर का पालन करना अनिवार्य है।
  • व्यवसाय की आवश्यकता के अनुसार शिफ्ट में परिवर्तन किया जा सकता है।
  • सभी कर्मचारियों से अपेक्षा की जाती है कि वे समय पर उपस्थित हों, अपनी जिम्मेदारियों का ईमानदारी से निर्वहन करें तथा कंपनी के सभी नियमों एवं SOP का पालन करें।
  • बिना पूर्व सूचना या स्वीकृति के शिफ्ट में अनुपस्थित रहना अथवा शिफ्ट बदलना अनुशासनहीनता माना जाएगा।
