Job Description
Generate sales enquiries through walk-ins, referrals, field activities, and digital leads.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Hyundai vehicles.
Explain vehicle features, variants, pricing, finance, and exchange offers.
Conduct test drives and assist customers throughout the buying process.
Follow up with prospects and convert enquiries into sales.
Coordinate with finance, insurance, and delivery teams for smooth vehicle delivery.
Build long-term customer relationships and generate referrals.
Maintain customer records and update the CRM system regularly.
Achieve monthly sales targets and dealership KPIs.
