We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Clinic Assistant to support the daily operations of the clinic. The ideal candidate will assist doctors, coordinate with patients, maintain records, and ensure a smooth and positive patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist patients during registration and appointments.
- Schedule appointments and maintain patient records.
- Prepare and set patient medication doses as per the doctor's prescription and instructions.
- Support doctors during consultations and treatments.
- Handle billing, documentation, and basic administrative tasks.
- Respond to patient queries professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and overall clinic organization.
Requirements:
- 12th Pass/Graduate (preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in a clinic, hospital, or healthcare setting.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Organized, responsible, and patient-focused attitude.
