We're Hiring: Sales Executive (FMCG Field Sales)

Location: Ranchi, Jharkhand

Niram Cleanings is a newly launched FMCG company dedicated to manufacturing high-quality cleaning solutions. We are currently launching our Toilet Cleaner and are preparing to expand our product portfolio with Handwash, Floor Cleaner, Dishwash Liquid, Glass Cleaner, Bathroom Cleaner, and other household cleaning products.

We are looking for passionate, energetic, and result-driven Field Sales Executives who are ready to grow with us and help build a trusted household brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit retailers, wholesalers or distributors in the assigned territory.
• Introduce and promote Niram Cleanings products.
• Generate new business opportunities and onboard new retailers.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Ensure instant collection of payments where applicable.
• Gather market feedback, competitor information, and customer insights.
• Submit daily sales reports and updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to work in the field.
• Honest, disciplined, and self-motivated.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Basic smartphone knowledge (WhatsApp, GPS, digital reporting).
• Motivated freshers are highly welcomed.
• Two-wheeler and a valid driving license are preferred.
