Location: Pune, Maharashtra
Experience Required: 1–2 Years (Calling Experience Mandatory)
Job Summary
GK Infra and Developers is seeking an experienced Telecaller to manage customer calls, generate leads, schedule site visits, and support the sales team.
Telecalling Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Handle inbound inquiries.
Generate qualified leads and schedule site visits.
Conduct regular follow-ups.
Maintain call records and databases.
Achieve calling targets.
Guest Handling Responsibilities
Welcome office visitors and clients.
Serve water, tea, or coffee to guests.
Coordinate visitor management and meetings.
Maintain a professional reception environment.
Qualifications
HSC/Graduate. 1–2 years Telecalling experience mandatory. Marathi and Hindi fluency required. Real Estate calling experience preferred.
