Estimate Engineer च्या प्रमुख जबाबदाऱ्या (Responsibilities):

1.ड्रॉइंग व Specifications चा अभ्यास करणे.

2.BOQ (Bill of Quantities) तयार करणे.

3.Quantity Take-off (कामाच्या प्रमाणाची गणना) करणे.

4.Material, Labour आणि Machinery Cost काढणे.

5.Rate Analysis तयार करणे.

6.प्रकल्पाचा अंदाजित खर्च (Cost Estimate) तयार करणे.

7.Suppliers व Subcontractors कडून Quotations मागवणे.

8.Quotations ची तुलना (Comparative Statement) तयार करणे.

9.Market Rates चा अभ्यास करणे.

10.Tender Documents तयार करणे व Tender Pricing करणे.

11.Budget तयार करणे व Cost Planning करणे.

12.Estimate आणि Actual Cost यांची तुलना करणे.

13.Client, Architect, Site Engineer आणि Purchase Team यांच्याशी समन्वय साधणे.

14.Value Engineering करून खर्च कमी करण्याचे पर्याय सुचवणे.

15.Estimation Reports आणि Cost Reports तयार करणे.
