Restaurant Manager

·We are looking Cafe' Managers for Koramangala and Lavelle Road, Bangalore area.

   3 – 5 years experience as a café manager in a similar establishment.

·        Minimum qualification: Graduate degree/diploma.

·        High level of literacy in English, and ability to speak other local languages.

·        Basic computers skills of Microsoft office.

·        Good management skills to handle staff and coordinate activities between different departments.

·        Good experience in customer relations in the food sector.

·        Keen ability to plan, organize and execute activities related to present and future.

·        Should be able to interact with government and other agency staff during inspections and otherwise.

·        Ensure efficient operations, maximize savings and immediately correct/report major nonconformities.

·        Train staff and observe for progress, recommend rewards for deserving candidates, through incentives, promotions or otherwise.

·        Routinely study operation and staff deficiencies and implement a plan of action.

·        Post monthly management reports on various activities.

Interact with HR, Factory Manager, Production Manager at Head Office and Production units.
