We are looking for a highly motivated Logistics Executive to strengthen our growing operations team.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and coordinate daily vehicle pickup schedules.
• Manage end-to-end vehicle movement from customer locations to the RVSF yard.
• Coordinate with drivers, customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution.
• Track vehicle movement and provide real-time operational updates.
• Ensure complete and accurate logistics documentation.
• Resolve operational issues while maintaining service quality.
• Prepare daily MIS reports and logistics dashboards.
• Monitor turnaround time (TAT) and improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety standards, and statutory requirements.
• Support the Operations Manager in achieving daily and monthly operational targets.
• EligibilityGraduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in Logistics, Fleet Operations, Transportation, Automobile Operations, or Supply Chain.
• Prior experience in the automobile industry will be preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Mandatory RequirementsA valid LMV (Light Motor Vehicle) Driving License is mandatory.
• Hands-on driving experience is mandatory. Candidates must be confident in driving both manual and automatic transmission cars.
• Candidates should be willing to travel locally for operational requirements and vehicle inspections.
• Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced operations environment.
