🎯 **Eligibility**
✅ Graduate / MBA
✅ Minimum **2 years of experience** in Sales or Training
✅ BFSI / Credit Card experience preferred
✅ Excellent English communication skills
✅ Must own a **two-wheeler/four-wheeler** and be comfortable with field travel
💼 **Key Responsibilities**
✔ Conduct induction and onboarding training for new hires
✔ Deliver On-the-Job Training (OJT) at bank branches
✔ Conduct refresher training sessions to improve sales performance
✔ Train bank staff on products, sales processes, and customer handling
✔ Monitor performance, identify skill gaps, and implement training plans
✔ Drive productivity and business growth through effective coaching
