About Insider LiveInsider Live is a digital news and media platform focused on delivering timely, engaging, and credible news through YouTube and social media. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor who can produce high-quality news videos that keep viewers engaged.

• Key ResponsibilitiesEdit daily news videos, interviews, explainers, and breaking news content for YouTube.
• Create engaging intros, outros, transitions, and motion graphics.
• Add captions, lower thirds, logos, and visual effects where required.
• Source and organize B-roll footage, images, and background music while following copyright guidelines.
• Color correct and enhance audio quality.
• Design YouTube-friendly pacing to improve audience retention.
• Coordinate with reporters, scriptwriters, and the content team to ensure timely delivery.
• Export videos in the required formats for YouTube and other social media platforms.
• Maintain an organized archive of project files and assets.
• Required SkillsProficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Working knowledge of After Effects for motion graphics.
• Basic experience with Photoshop for thumbnails and graphics.
• Understanding of YouTube editing style and audience retention techniques.
• Good sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition.
• Knowledge of audio cleanup and color correction.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle breaking news.
• Familiarity with YouTube copyright and fair use guidelines.
• Preferred Qualifications1-3 years of experience in video editing for YouTube, news, or digital media.
• Experience editing Hindi news or current affairs content.
• Basic knowledge of YouTube SEO and analytics is an advantage.
• Ability to create engaging YouTube thumbnails is a plus.
• Technical RequirementsStrong internet connection.
• A capable editing workstation (for remote candidates).
• Ability to manage cloud-based file sharing and collaboration.
