About the RoleMaa Retails Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our Havells showroom in Fraser Town, Bengaluru. The ideal candidate should have experience in retail sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

• Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome customers and understand their requirements.
• Recommend and sell Havells products based on customer needs.
• Provide excellent customer service and build long-term customer relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to showroom growth.
• Demonstrate product features and explain product benefits.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness, product displays, and visual merchandising.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally.
• Manage billing support, stock coordination, and inventory checks when required.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, offers, and promotions.
• Work collaboratively with the showroom team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in retail sales or showroom sales.
• Strong customer handling and relationship-building skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience in electrical, lighting, appliances, or home improvement products is an added advantage.
• Compensation & BenefitsSalary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month
