MIS Executive & Call Staff (Customer Support / Telecaller)

  • Job Responsibilities:Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Analyze data and generate performance dashboards.
  • Handle data management, updating, and validation in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for data collection and reporting.
  • Ensure accuracy and timely submission of reports.
  • Required Skills:Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MIS reporting.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excel And word knowledge
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
  • Knowledge of Power BI or SQL (added advantage).
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
  • Provide information regarding products/services.
  • Maintain call records and follow up with customers.
  • Resolve customer queries and escalate issues when required.
  • Achieve daily and monthly call targets.
  • Required Skills:Good communication skills (Hindi/English/Regional language).
  • Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
  • Positive attitude and team spirit.
  • Experience in BPO / Telecalling / Customer Service preferred.
