Role Overview:

We are seeking empathetic and responsible caretakers (male or female) to join our team. Caretakers will play a vital role in nurturing and supporting our children in their daily lives.

Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day care, supervision, and emotional support to children.
• Assist with personal hygiene, meals, and daily routines.
• Support children during educational and recreational activities.
• Ensure a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment.
• Work closely with teachers, therapists, and staff to meet individual needs.

Requirements:

• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to working with mentally challenged children.
• Prior experience in caregiving, child care, or special needs support is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work in a residential school environment.
• Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
