Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good command over English, and basic proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Explain products and services clearly to generate sales
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
- Maintain and update customer data in Excel / Google Sheets
- Follow up with leads and close sales effectively
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing
- Required Skills & QualificationsGood spoken and written English
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets
- Ability to manage and organize data efficiently
- Prior telesales or customer handling experience is a plus
- Preferred TraitsConfident and result-oriented
- Good listening skills
