Assistant Manager - Accounts

Job Summary:

The role of Assistant Manager - Accounts at Trance Form is crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our accounting operations. The responsibilities will include analyzing vendor ledgers, reconciling accounts, coordinating with foreign exporters, managing accounts payable, and overseeing various financial activities to support the company's operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Vendor Ledger Analysis:

• Analyze vendor ledgers to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

1. Reconciliation of Ledgers:

• Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts to ensure accuracy.
• Address any discrepancies or issues that arise during reconciliation.

1. Accounts Payable:

• Manage accounts payable processes efficiently.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments to vendors.

1. Bank Reconciliations:

• Perform bank reconciliations for all accounts.
• Investigate and resolve any discrepancies identified during reconciliation.

1. Coordination with Suppliers:

• Maintain effective communication with suppliers and vendors.
• Coordinate accounting operations with suppliers to ensure smooth transactions.

1. Imports Operations:

• Manage import operations and coordinate with custom house agents (CHA).
• Oversee customs operational activities and ensure compliance with regulations.

1. GST Compliance:

• Assist in monthly GST workings and compliance activities.
• Ensure accurate and timely filing of GST returns.

1. Financial Analysis:

• Analyze purchase v/s sales data to identify trends and patterns.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis.

1. Coordination with Imports:

• Coordinate with freight forwarders for import/export shipments.
• Ensure timely and cost-effective transportation of goods.
• Do banking transaction related to imports/ Import transactions.

Note: - Additional responsibilities can be added whenever it required by Management.
