Job Title:

Accounts Executive / Accountant

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive / Accountant to manage daily accounting operations, maintain financial records, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and accounting software.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain day-to-day accounting records and bookkeeping.

Record purchase, sales, payment, and receipt entries.

Prepare invoices, vouchers, and bank reconciliation statements.

Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Process employee reimbursements and vendor payments.

Assist in audits and maintain proper financial documentation.

Coordinate with banks, auditors, and tax consultants.

Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial data.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.

1–5 years of experience in accounting or finance.

Freshers with good accounting knowledge may also apply.

Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally ERP/Tally Prime.

Good understanding of GST, TDS, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.

Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with ERP or accounting software.

Knowledge of payroll processing.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Good communication and organizational skills.

Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
