Job OverviewWe are looking for a friendly, customer-focused, and enthusiastic Counter Sales Executive to join our team in Surat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting walk-in customers at the store and responding to customer inquiries received through Instagram and other social media platforms.

• Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist customers visiting the store.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Handle inquiries received through Instagram and other online platforms.
• Respond to customer messages promptly and professionally.
• Convert customer inquiries into successful sales.
• Maintain product knowledge and explain product features and pricing.
• Coordinate with the inventory and billing team for smooth order processing.
• Maintain customer records and follow up on pending inquiries.
• Ensure excellent customer service and build long-term customer relationships.
• RequirementsFemale candidates are preferred.
