Estimation & Billing Engineer

Job Description

·      Prepare detailed quantity take-off and BOQ from drawings.

·      Prepare project cost estimation for civil construction works.

·      Verify contractor bills and prepare client billing.

·      Prepare rate analysis for construction items.

·      Coordinate with site engineers, purchase team, and project managers for billing and estimation data.

·      Monitor project quantities, variations, and extra items.

·      Maintain billing records, measurement sheets, and project documentation.

·      Check reconciliation of material consumption and wastage.

·      Prepare and track running account (RA) bills and final bills.

·      Assist in tender estimation and costing activities.

·      Ensure work billing is completed as per project timelines.

·      Prepare MIS reports related to project costing and billing.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 03 to 08 years’ Experience in residential/commercial project billing.
• Strong analytical and calculation skills.
• Ability to handle contractor and client coordination efficiently.
• Knowledge of site measurements and quantity verification.
