Job Description
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and compassionate receptionist to join our hospital. The receptionist will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
Greet and welcome patients and visitors, ensuring they feel comfortable and cared for.
Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department or personnel.
Schedule patient appointments and manage the hospital’s appointment calendar.
Register patients and ensure all necessary forms and documentation are completed.
Assist patients and families with any questions or concerns, directing them to the appropriate medical staff as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Handle patient check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
