Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for HVAC and dehumidification projects.
- Generate new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Handle key accounts and coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, and project teams.
- Conduct technical discussions and understand customer requirements to propose suitable solutions.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
- Attend client meetings, site visits, and project review discussions.
- Coordinate with internal engineering and project teams to ensure timely execution.
- Negotiate contracts and achieve sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing of HVAC, Dehumidification, Cleanroom, or related engineering solutions.
- Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems and air handling solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
