Digital Marketing Manager

🔴 We’re Hiring Digital Marketing Specialist (3-5 Years Experience | US Shift) 🔴 

Location : Noida, U.P.

The role involves planning and executing social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, and emerging channels relevant to travel audiences. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating engaging posts, stories, and short videos; managing content calendars; monitoring comments and messages; and fostering online communities around Escape Quest Trails' brand and offerings. The Social Media Manager will analyze performance metrics, optimize campaigns, collaborate with marketing and operations teams, and coordinate with designers, writers, and partners to ensure consistent brand messaging. The role also includes staying current with social media trends in travel and hospitality and proposing new ideas to increase reach, engagement, and conversion.

Qualifications:

• Social media platform expertise: Strong working knowledge of major platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn) and best practices for content formats, posting, and community management.

• Content creation skills: Ability to plan and create visual and written content, including captions, short-form video concepts, stories, and basic graphic assets aligned with brand tone.

• Strategy and analytics: Experience developing social media strategies, using analytics tools, tracking KPls, and optimizing campaigns based on data-driven insights.

Communication and collaboration:

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

• Organization and time management: Proven ability to manage content calendars, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Relevant experience: Prior experience in social media management, preferably in travel, tourism, hospitality, or a related consumer brand.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Additional beneficial skills: Basic proficiency in design or video-editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express), familiarity with influencer marketing, and comfort presenting ideas and reports to stakeholders.
