Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Patna. The specialist will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers, presenting Campus sathi fintech solutions, and managing the end-to-end sales process. Daily activities include conducting market research, generating leads, preparing and delivering product presentations, and following up with prospects to close deals. The role also involves supporting marketing campaigns, coordinating promotional activities, and gathering customer feedback to refine sales and marketing strategies. The specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue growth and manage the sales pipeline.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to educate customers and team members on Campus sathi products and services.
- Relevant experience in fintech, financial services, or technology sales is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Patna, maintain professionalism, and meet performance targets.
- Proficiency with basic CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms is an advantage.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
