Phone Banking Officer (Voice Process)📍 Location: Noida
💼 Job Role: Phone Banking Officer
🎓 Qualification: Graduate (10+2+3)
👨💼 Experience: 0–3 Years (Freshers Welcome)
- Job ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound/outbound customer calls and build strong customer relationships.
- Promote and upsell banking products and services.
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain service quality.
- Achieve assigned sales and performance targets.
- Eligibility CriteriaFresh graduates can apply.
- Undergraduates with 6–9 months of relevant experience are eligible.
- Age: 18–30 years.
- Good communication skills in English & Hindi.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and calling process.
- Customer-centric approach with strong sales and convincing skills.
- Salary & BenefitsFreshers: ₹17,500 per month
- Experienced Candidates: ₹18,500 per month
