“Merchandisers are frontline sales professionals at retail counters, showrooms, CSD Canteen or National Department store(Reliance Retail, Dmart etc).
They engage customers, identify needs, promote the brand, and maximize sales. Since Hawkins has over 500 products across pressure cookers, cookware, gas stoves, and electrical lines, merchandisers must up-sell and cross-sell effectively to turn single inquiries into multi-product sales.
They also need to keep track of the stock in the retail showroom and ensure a neat & clean display of Hawkins products during working hours
