_About the Role_  

We’re hiring a dedicated Videographer + Editor for the Founder’s personal YouTube vlogging channel. This is an India-based vlog channel documenting business, lifestyle, and behind-the-scenes of BUNDLE MEDIA. You’ll work directly with the owner — shooting daily life, travel, office content, and turning it into engaging vlogs.

_Role: Full-Time Videographer + Editor_  

_Level: Experienced Only | 2+ years_  

You’ll shoot + edit end-to-end. This is a high-trust role with direct access to the founder. Must be comfortable shooting IRL, handling shoots solo, and matching the founder’s personality/style.

_Key Responsibilities:_  

- _Daily Vlog Shoots_: Film IRL content, office BTS, meetings, travel, lifestyle with the founder

- _End-to-End Editing_: Edit raw footage into high-retention YouTube vlogs, Shorts & Instagram Reels

- _Storytelling_: Build narrative from daily footage — hooks, pacing, humor, emotion that works for Indian audiences

- _Post-Production_: Clean cuts, music, SFX, captions, transitions, basic color grade & sound mix

- _Availability_: Flexible with timing. Vlogs can mean early mornings, late nights, weekends, or travel

- _Content Sense_: Understand Indian vlogging trends, YouTube algorithm, and what makes desi audiences watch

- _Equipment Handling_: Confident with DSLR/Mirrorless, gimbal, mic setup, lighting for run-and-gun vlogs

- _Discretion_: Must be professional and maintain confidentiality. You’ll be around business/personal moments

_Must-Have Skills:_  

1. _Videography_ – 2+ years shooting IRL/vlogs. Strong framing, gimbal moves, natural light handling

2. _Adobe Premiere Pro_ – Expert level. Fast turnaround edits are non-negotiable

3. _Storytelling for Vlogs_ – Know how to make daily life content engaging, not boring

4. _Indian Vlogging Style_ – Understand pacing, humor, and editing style that works in India

5. _Hindi + English_ – Fluent for communication and understanding footage

6. _Independent Shooter_ – Can handle shoots solo without constant direction

_Good to Have:_  

- After Effects / Photoshop – for motion graphics & thumbnails

- DaVinci Resolve – for color grading

- Experience editing for Indian YouTubers/vloggers

- Own camera + gimbal setup preferred

_Who Can Apply:_

- Strong portfolio of vlogs you have SHOT + EDITED yourself

- Comfortable being around founder daily and traveling for shoots

- Mumbai-based only. This is not a remote role
