What You'll Do

• Manage social media accounts and content calendars
• Coordinate with clients, creators, editors, and designers
• Ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of content
• Understand what makes content perform across different platforms
• Contribute ideas for content, campaigns, and growth

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Deep interest in social media and content creation
• Understanding of hooks, storytelling, trends, music selection, design sense, audience psychology, pattern interruptions, and content performance
• Good understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and personal branding
• Ability to think beyond posting and understand why content works
• Responsible, proactive, and committed to delivering quality work
