Job OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Female E-commerce Executive to join our team in Surat. The ideal candidate should have 6 months to 1 year of experience in managing online marketplaces, product listings, order processing, and customer support. Candidates with knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify, or similar platforms will be preferred.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage product listings across various e-commerce platforms.
• Upload new products and update product descriptions, pricing, and images.
• Process customer orders and coordinate with the dispatch team.
• Monitor inventory and update stock availability.
• Handle customer inquiries, returns, and order-related issues.
• Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.
• Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.
• Monitor marketplace performance and suggest improvements to increase sales.
• RequirementsFemale candidates only.
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in e-commerce operations.
• Knowledge of online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify, etc.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
