Baker

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Bakery Chef to lead daily production of our premium baked products. The ideal candidate should have experience in cheesecakes, desserts, breads, viennoiserie, and laminated doughs while maintaining high quality, consistency, and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Produce artisan breads including sourdough, focaccia, brioche, milk bread, sandwich loaves, baguettes, and buns.
• Prepare laminated pastries such as croissants, pain au chocolat, Danish pastries, and puff pastry.
• Produce cookies, tea cakes, brownies, banana bread, muffins, and other bakery items.
• Develop and standardize recipes with accurate measurements.
• Manage dough fermentation, proofing, shaping, baking, and finishing.
• Ensure daily production planning and timely dispatch.
• Maintain inventory and monitor ingredient usage to minimize wastage.
• Follow strict food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness standards.
• Train and supervise junior kitchen staff when required.
• Assist in seasonal menu development and new product innovation.
