Job Title :- Customer Success Executive (Lead Qualification & Customer Support)

About the Role

We are looking for a confident and professional Customer Success Executive with excellent communication skills. This is not a sales or target-based role. You will work with pre-generated leads and existing customers to ensure a smooth onboarding and support experience.

Key Responsibilities

• 1. Lead Qualification (No Sales)
• Connect with pre-generated leads provided by the company.
• Understand customer requirements by asking relevant questions.
• Collect and verify information such as:-
• Customer Name
• Business Name
• Business Industry
• Required Solution
• Are they the Owner or Decision Maker?
• Current Business Challenges
• Preferred Time for Demo/Expert Call
• Update all lead information accurately in the CRM.
• Schedule qualified leads with our product experts.

2. Customer Support

• Assist existing customers with product-related queries.
• Resolve basic issues or coordinate with the technical team.
• Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain a professional and customer-friendly communication experience.

Required Skills

• Excellent Hindi communication (English communication is an added advantage).
• Strong listening and questioning skills.
• Good typing and CRM/data entry skills.
• Professional attitude and customer-centric approach.
• Ability to understand business requirements and communicate clearly.

• ✅ Role is focused on Lead Qualification, Customer Communication, CRM Updates, and Customer Support.

Preferred

• Experience in Customer Support, Telecalling, CRM, or Lead Qualification is preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome.
