Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and results-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our team in Varanasi. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media management, SEO, paid advertising, and content creation. If you’re creative, analytical, and eager to work on exciting projects across multiple industries, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms.
• Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
• Create engaging content for social media, websites, blogs, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
• Develop monthly content calendars and marketing strategies.
• Perform keyword research and implement on-page SEO best practices.
• Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Manage company and client social media accounts to improve engagement and brand awareness.
• Generate quality leads through organic and paid marketing campaigns.
• Track campaign performance, analyze data, and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
• Conduct competitor analysis and identify new marketing opportunities.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, content writers, and developers for campaign execution.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, AI tools, and industry best practices.
Required Skills
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, and Content Marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience using Google Analytics, Search Console, and Meta Business Suite.
• Basic knowledge of WordPress or other CMS platforms.
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Figma.
• Understanding of email marketing and lead generation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
