We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Front Desk Manager to join our team in Bagula, West Bengal. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on sales and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage front desk operations professionally and efficiently.

Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with clients.

Handle client inquiries, provide product/service information, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Follow up with prospective and existing clients to generate business opportunities.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service.

Maintain accurate client records and prepare regular sales reports.
