Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesConsult with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and purpose of travel
  • Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, and travel packages
  • Book flights, hotels, tours, and other travel services
  • Provide information on visas, travel insurance, and health/safety requirements
  • Handle travel documentation and itinerary preparation
  • Manage changes, cancellations, and resolve travel issues
  • Maintain relationships with airlines, hotels, and tour operators
  • Stay updated on travel trends, deals, and destination knowledge
  • Upsell travel packages and additional services
