Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist walk-in clients professionally.
- Manage the front desk and maintain a positive office environment.
- Attend incoming inquiry calls.
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients, inquiry leads for follow-ups, appointment scheduling.
- Maintain inquiry records and update Excel on a daily basis.
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi and English.
- Confident and polite telephone communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet surfing).
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
