Job Description
Job SummaryThe Branch Manager is responsible for leading branch operations, driving sales growth, managing the branch team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving monthly business targets. The role includes overseeing sales, operations, compliance, and overall branch performance while maintaining company standards.
- Key ResponsibilitiesManage the overall branch operations and daily activities.
- Lead and motivate the sales, telesales, and operations teams.
- Achieve monthly revenue, merchant onboarding, and business targets.
- Monitor daily sales performance and productivity of all team members.
- Recruit, train, and develop branch employees.
- Ensure excellent customer service and timely issue resolution.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Review daily MIS reports and submit branch performance reports to management.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, Operations, and Technology teams.
- Conduct daily morning meetings and end-of-day performance reviews.
- Build relationships with merchants, partners, and key business clients.
- Ensure proper documentation, KYC, onboarding, and service delivery.

- MBA is preferred.
- Experience3–7 years of experience in Sales, Banking, Fintech, Payment Solutions, or Branch Operations.
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing a sales team.
