About UsAadarsh Steel Works is a leading manufacturer of industrial storage racking systems, warehouse solutions, and customized steel fabrication. We are looking for a talented Mechanical Design Engineer with hands-on experience in the racking industry to join our growing team.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop warehouse storage racking systems including Selective Pallet Racks, Heavy Duty Racks, Mezzanine Floors, Cantilever Racks, Slotted Angle Racks, and customized storage solutions.
• Prepare accurate 2D manufacturing drawings and 3D models for production.
• Develop fabrication drawings, assembly drawings, BOM (Bill of Materials), and shop drawings.
• Ensure designs comply with industry standards, load calculations, safety requirements, and customer specifications.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Production, and Installation teams for smooth project execution.
• Optimize designs for manufacturing, cost efficiency, and structural strength.
• Review customer layouts and propose suitable racking solutions.
• Support the production team by resolving design-related issues during manufacturing.
• Maintain proper documentation and revision control of all engineering drawings.
• Required SkillsMinimum 2-5 years of experience in the Warehouse Storage Racking Industry.
• Strong knowledge of steel fabrication and sheet metal design.
• Proficiency in:
• SolidWorks
• AutoCAD (2D & 3D)
• Any structural/design software used in the racking industry (Tekla, Inventor, Creo, etc. will be an added advantage).
• Knowledge of load calculations and structural design concepts.
• Ability to prepare detailed manufacturing drawings and BOMs.
• Good understanding of production processes and fabrication techniques.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• QualificationBachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
