Job Description
Office Boy cum Peon - Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office premises.
Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
Handle and distribute incoming and outgoing documents, files, and correspondence.
Assist with photocopying, scanning, printing, and filing documents.
Deliver documents and parcels to clients, banks, government offices, and other locations as required.
Purchase office supplies and maintain stock of stationery and pantry items.
Support administrative staff with day-to-day office tasks.
Welcome visitors and quide them to the concerned department or person.
Ensure meeting rooms are prepared and arranged before meetings.
Perform other office support duties as assigned by management.
Candidate must have two wheeler driving licence.
