The School Coordinator / Vice Principal is responsible for ensuring the smooth academic and administrative functioning of the school from Pre-Primary to Grade 12. The role involves supervising teachers, implementing academic plans, maintaining discipline, supporting curriculum execution, coordinating examinations and school activities, monitoring student progress, and fostering effective communication between parents, teachers, and school management.

- Key ResponsibilitiesAcademic LeadershipSupervise and coordinate academic activities from Pre-Primary to Grade 12.
- Ensure effective implementation of the school's curriculum and teaching methodologies.
- Monitor lesson planning and classroom delivery.
- Observe classroom teaching and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure syllabus completion according to the academic calendar.
- Improve teaching quality through regular mentoring and coaching.
- Coordinate remedial classes and enrichment programs.
- Promote innovative and student-centered teaching practices.
- Teacher ManagementRecruit, onboard, and support teachers in collaboration with school leadership.
- Assign teaching workloads and prepare timetables.
- Conduct teacher orientations and induction programs.
- Monitor teacher attendance, punctuality, and professional conduct.
- Evaluate teacher performance through regular classroom observations.
- Identify training needs and organize professional development sessions.
- Mentor newly appointed teachers.

- Promote discipline and positive behavior throughout the school.

- Examination & AssessmentPlan and coordinate all examinations and assessments.
- Prepare examination schedules.
- Ensure fair and transparent examination procedures.
- Review assessment quality and consistency.
- Coordinate result compilation and report cards.
- Analyze academic performance data and recommend improvement strategies.
- Parent CommunicationMaintain strong relationships with parents.
- Organize Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs).
- Address parent concerns professionally and promptly.
- Communicate academic progress and behavioral updates.
- Encourage parent participation in school activities.
- School OperationsCoordinate day-to-day academic operations.
- Ensure compliance with school policies and procedures.
- Monitor classroom resources and teaching materials.

- Required QualificationsMaster's Degree in Education or a relevant subject.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification (mandatory).
- Additional educational leadership qualifications are preferred.
- ExperienceMinimum 5–10 years of teaching experience.
- At least 3 years in an academic leadership role such as Coordinator, Head of Department, Academic Head, or Vice Principal.
- Experience managing Pre-Primary to Grade 12 teachers and academic programs.
