Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive to drive business growth and expand our market presence in Chennai and surrounding regions. The ideal candidate should have strong B2B sales experience and a proven ability to develop channel partners and generate business opportunities.
Roles & Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
• Generate new leads through field visits, cold calling, references, and channel partners.
• Handle B2B sales for offices, societies, hospitals, hotels, factories, and institutions.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and customer meetings.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Develop and maintain channel partner and dealer networks.
Client Relationship & Coordination
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Coordinate with installation, service, and technical teams for smooth project execution.
• Follow up on payments, documentation, and post-sales support.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
Market & Reporting
• Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer trends.
• Maintain daily visit reports, lead status, and sales pipeline updates.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.
Preferred Candidate Profile
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
• 3–5 years of sales experience in Consumer Electronics, HVAC, Water Treatment, Industrial Equipment, Machinery, or related industries.
• Proven experience in B2B sales and channel partner development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
