Job Description

  • HR Responsibilities
  • Employee Relations – Handling grievances, communication, engagement
  • Compliance & Policy Management – Ensuring adherence to labor laws
  • Attendance/ ESIC/PF challan
  • Salary Processing – Calculating wages, overtime, bonuses.
  • Tax Compliance – Managing statutory deductions and filings. 
  • Record Maintenance – Keeping payroll files, timesheets, garnishments. 
  • Disbursement & Reporting – Issuing payments and generating payroll report
  • Onboarding Data Collection – HR gathers employee data; payroll sets up tax and payment details.
  • Performance-Based Pay – HR manages performance; payroll processes incentives.
  • Policy Compliance – HR creates policies; payroll ensures compliance in deductions and payments
