Collection Telecaller

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Collection Telecaller to join our team. The role involves contacting customers with overdue accounts, following up on pending payments, resolving billing-related concerns, and negotiating repayment plans. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to handle customers professionally while maintaining positive relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact customers regarding overdue payments and outstanding balances.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and follow up on commitments.
• Resolve customer queries and billing disputes.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and payment status.
• Achieve collection and recovery targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and collection procedures.

Requirements:

• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to handle customer conversations professionally.
• Prior experience in collections, telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
