Job Description

As a Recruiter for our production unit, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates to support our manufacturing operations, with a focus on roles such as steel fitters, welders, and laborers. Working closely with the HR team and production managers, you will develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent, ensuring that our workforce meets the demands of our growing business. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining staffing levels, fostering a positive work environment, and contributing to the overall success of our production operations.

Familiarity with production roles such as steel fitting, welding, and general labor is highly desirable.

Strong sourcing and networking skills, with the ability to identify and engage with qualified candidates.
