Key Responsibilities:✔️ Lead and manage the sales team to achieve business targets.
✔️ Drive residential and commercial property sales.
✔️ Handle client meetings, negotiations, and site visits.
✔️ Build strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
✔️ Monitor team performance and ensure target achievement.
✔️ Maintain CRM records and sales reports.
