Job Description
- Roles & ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist customers professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Explain product features, pricing, offers, and benefits.
- Generate sales leads through walk-ins, referrals, phone calls, and online inquiries.
- Conduct follow-ups with prospective customers.
- Assist customers throughout the sales process until the purchase is completed.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM or sales register.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth order processing and delivery.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and market trends.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Customer-oriented attitude.
- Willingness to learn and adapt.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM is an advantage).
- Positive attitude and a team player.
- EligibilityGraduate in any discipline (MBA/BBA/BBM preferred but not mandatory).
