Job Description

Coordinate daily transportation and dispatch operations.

Verify invoices, LR numbers, and vehicle details before dispatch.

Ensure accurate transport documentation and records.

Track shipments until successful delivery.

Follow up on delayed deliveries with transporters.

Maintain transporter, driver, and customer contact details.

Collect and verify Proof of Delivery (POD) on time.

Monitor returned and rejected goods.

Verify freight bills and transportation charges.

Coordinate transporter payments with the finance team.

Resolve delivery-related issues and customer queries.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly transport MIS reports.

Monitor vehicle utilization and on-time delivery performance.

Ensure compliance with transport policies and safety standards.

Proficiency in ERP/SAP, Excel, and strong communication skills is required.
