Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Visa Counsellor with excellent English communication skills to guide and assist students/applicants in their overseas education and visa processes. The ideal candidate should be confident, well-spoken, and capable of handling client queries effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel clients regarding different visa categories such as study, tourist,PR, and other immigration pathways.
• Provide accurate information about visa requirements, documentation, and processes for multiple countries.
• Handle end-to-end visa application processes including documentation, filing, and follow-ups.
• Assess client profiles and suggest suitable visa options based on their eligibility.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and ensure timely updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of applications.
• Stay updated with latest immigration rules, embassy requirements, and policy changes.
• Maintain proper records of client interactions and application status.

Requirements:

• Excellent spoken and written English skills (mandatory).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of visa processes (Australia preferred).
• Ability to handle multiple clients and work under pressure.
• Good organizational and documentation skills.
• Minimum Graduate (any field).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in overseas education consultancy.
• Knowledge of Australian visa processes and universities.
• Sales-oriented mindset with good convincing ability.

Work Details:
