About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs)/Diploma Engineer Trainee (DET) to join our Service Engineering team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh engineering graduates who are passionate about industrial machinery, troubleshooting, customer support, and field service operations.

The selected candidates will receive hands-on training and exposure to the installation, commissioning, servicing, and maintenance of printing, packaging, and corrugation machinery across customer locations in West Region. Candidates with experience working on corrugation machines will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation and commissioning of industrial machinery at customer sites.
• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Provide technical support to customers during service visits.
• Prepare service reports and maintenance documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of service activities.
• Participate in technical training programs and skill development initiatives.
• Maintain strong customer relationships through quality service support.
• Travel to customer locations across South India as required.

Eligibility Criteria Educational Qualification

Diploma/ B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.

• Experience/ Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
• Required Skills Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Understanding of industrial machinery and troubleshooting concepts.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability and willingness to learn.
• Ability to prepare technical reports and service documentation.
• Willingness to travel extensively for field service activities.
